Inconsistent cleanliness in rooms!!! The absence of basic amenities like a mini-fridge or kettle was quite disappointing!!! Noise, both from outside and neighboring rooms, made it challenging to relax comfortably!!!

the staff at city bell were super friendly and helped us out with our itinerary and tickets. breakfast was fresh and tasty with solid options for vegetarians. comfy room with a nice view and a short stroll to the main attractions.

The hotel boasts spacious rooms filled with natural light and offers a friendly reception team always ready to help. The location in Vinohrady is perfect for exploring the city.

Family with children delight

The room was huge and it had four areas that could be closed off, perfect for the kids. The staff were incredibly kind, always ready to help and make us feel comfortable.

It wasn't exactly a bargain but still worth it for the space and service.

The location was perfect for our family, with plenty of shops and fun activities for the kids. Our spacious Triple Room allowed my two sons to play comfortably. Breakfast also included fresh fruit, which was a hit with everyone.

My children wanted more options for snacks between meals.
